Since its founding in 1947, the Escrow Institute of California has stood for the highest standards and principles in the Escrow and Title Industry. All of us, members and non-members alike, have directly benefited over the years from the efforts of the Escrow Institute, to advocate for and promote the industry as a whole, and defend and take action when required against those that would harm any licensee or the future of the independent licensed escrow industry. Through the leadership and devotion of many, the Escrow Institute has and will continue to meet and address the many challenges and opportunities that face our industry.
